$1 a month to start changing the culture and things of that nature, old chap.
Books containing interviews with the general public, talking about what they want to talk about. So-called ordinary people.
These conversations can be on the record or anonymous, but obviously it's more interesting to put a name and a face to a story.
Inspired by Studs Terkel, we want to take atomised society, squeeze it into a ball, and create a little area where real people can be seen, heard and read.

As it stands now, we will probably have two publications - one with random interviews and one based around a specific part of society, like an industry, civic group etc.

Below, as a taster, are a few interviews.
MARGE, 75. Housewife living in Aberystwyth
Talking to MARGE, 75, about Covid Passports. Their introduction seems to have been delayed: 25th January 2022
Marge: So I was, I was really open with her (her daughter) about, you know, Covid. I said it hasn't worked perfect, to have to do this. It hasn't worked with the passports.
I heard they’ve failed with all the injections. It's occurring…. a complete failure, the whole thing, for getting passports and for controlling people. Can you imagine? Really? And I said, I said it has been a complete failure, but…but they can't give up on it. So I think that moving onto identity cards is next. I said, don't be a bit surprised if they start putting the fear of God up us now. They couldn't with Covid, because we know it's all rubbish. I said that they did try. You know, I think that they did try to target certain people…. I don't know what I said to (my daughter) then.
This is a conspiracy. They were making the thing in Wuhan to target…with a Coronavirus that would target specific people.
Because I said there's never been a virus yet that actually could target a person.
GT: An age group?
Marge: Yes. She (daughter) said, you can get a cold and die. I said no, it doesn't work like that. Look, a cold - you get a cold and then you get a bacterial infection on top of it, which is pneumonia. You know, I said, anything can kill you, but I'm talking about the actual virus.
It's been, I said, it's been killing old people, black people that, you know, there's different sort of people that it targets. It doesn't target the young, it doesn't target under a certain age. And I said I've never known a virus to do that. So the fact that it came from Wuhan, I think it was made to do that specific thing. Whether it got out on purpose or not, it doesn't matter. It got out. It didn't do the job because people saw through it. They want, they wanted this to be targeted for lots of different reasons. To put passports through so they could get us all digitally identified and controlled. I said that that didn't work either, because passports didn't work because there was such a push against it and the mandatory thing.
The injections have been shown up to be absolutely rubbish. I said, so that hasn’t worked, I said, so now I said, I think that this will all have to go very quiet for a long time. Maybe, you know, a couple of years.
You know, watch out. I'll make a premonition for the future. This is going to be done again with something completely different, which I think it will be a terrorist event or something like that, which will scare the living shit out people. And they will say ‘Well, we've got to have identity cards on your phone like the past so that you show it, so that you know we're all safe. We're gonna keep you safe from terrorists.’
You know, ‘You've got to have an identity card.’ So you've got to prove your identity, which will go on your phone, exactly the same way as passports will. They won't give up on this because they ...they won't give up on it. But they'll have to do it in a different way because they can't have, they can't have another pandemic straight after this one.
We tend to sort of like, not say anything to anybody because…because we feel the tension before we open our mouth and we don’t want to upset them. That makes us angry (laughs).
But if you're just completely black and white about it, come out with it, let it go, you know and don’t worry about how it comes over, or the reaction… not, you know what I mean….you feel the reaction, but just say to yourself - ‘I don't mind’. And, ‘Okay, I feel it, that's good’. That might be okay.
You don't hear anybody talking about this at the moment but all of this that has gone on will be irrelevant if they don't retract all the rules that they’ve done in parliament.
Because they can bring this, if they keep this in (you know, like 911), if they keep all these rules intact and it all goes quiet and all the attention is ‘Oooh, we can go out, we can do this and that’, but they're not addressing the rules that put this in place anyway……then, if there is a terrorist attack, they can do exactly the same thing with us. You know, for our ‘safekeeping'.
